Ways to Give This Christmas
Giving to Youth For Christ (YFC) helps to fulfill the Great Commission, which was the last commandment Jesus gave to his disciples … and to us.
Giving to Youth For Christ (YFC) helps to fulfill the Great Commission, which was the last commandment Jesus gave to his disciples … and to us.
The Great Commission
“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
Because of you, YFC reaches youth with the gospel. Together we minister to 11-19 year olds during pivotal moments that have the power to shape the trajectory of their lives. These can be moments of change, crisis and often times, desperation.
You empower us to focus specifically on teens going through tough circumstances – those who are in challenging urban and rural areas, pregnant, hard of hearing, involved in the juvenile justice system, live on a military base, or who simply feel overlooked, forgotten, or unloved.
YFC USA introduces teens to Christ and uncovers God’s story of hope in their lives in more than 120 chapters across the United States.
Your investment in YFC USA:
- Prepares and launches new chapters in communities that are asking YFC to help;
- Coaches chapters in Affinity Groups so every Executive Director has the needed tools and training;
- Offers New Leader Cohorts to all new leaders across the country who join together in 18 months of a deep dive into YFC’s mission, the gospel, and building relationships with one another
- Trains chapters on how to use 3Story® – where God’s story, our story, and the story of another person intersect;
- Protects every youth we serve through robust Leader Journey and Risk Management systems;
- Establishes processes, standards, and best practices that ensure uniformity and excellence across the country;
- Offers scholarships to youth who could not otherwise afford to attend camps and trips;
- And the list goes on … and on
Since 1944, YFC has had an unwavering commitment to serve 11-19 year olds , and to introduce them to the hope of Christ. From holding rallies with Billy Graham in the 40’s, to entering campuses to reach students in the 60’s, to now empowering community leaders to build meaningful relationships with young people everywhere—it is our aim to walk with young people through their story, and to be the friend and mentor that they need.
We are here for the long haul. And we invite you to join the many faithful giving partners who support the mission and ministry of Youth For Christ.
Thank you for considering a year-end gift.
