Position Summary

JOB TITLE: Intake Coordinator

Supervisor: Clinical Director and Administrative Director

FLSA Status: Exempt

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Oversee and administer the intake process
  • Provide administrative and general operational support
  • Assist Office Manager as needed
  • Answer phones when necessary
  • Update forms and calendars
  • Update Referral List weekly
  • Coordinate voicemail, email and other requirements as necessary
  • Train interns on phones and office procedures
  • Get materials needed for meetings
  • Help Biller as needed
  • Keep office organized and clean

  • Administrative and organizational orientation and gifting,

  • Experience with general office equipment,
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills,
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize work and manage confidential information,
  • Strong attention to detail and clerical skills,
  • Initiative to suggest/implement process improvements and problem solve,
  • Teachable and open with the ability to take and give practical and spiritual input,
  • Reliable transportation, positive attitude and overall flexibility,
  • Actively attending church, interacting as a member of the body of Christ, living a biblically moral lifestyle and shared belief of YFC’s Statement of Faith.

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week
