The Ministry Site Director provides both spiritual and organizational leadership to effectively carry out the mission of STYFC. This role requires the ability to recruit, develop, and lead volunteer teams, coach residents, and build strong partnerships with local churches and community leaders.
The Site Director is responsible for implementing relational ministry actions that foster Authentic Christ-Sharing Relationships with young people, while also managing ministry operations, fundraising efforts, and administrative responsibilities. With a commitment to personal spiritual growth, the Site Director embodies and advances the core values of STYFC, leading a healthy, growing ministry that impacts the lives of youth through the YFC ministry model.

o Complete all Knowledge Base trainings, as well as any additional trainings assigned by supervisors or executive leadership within YFC.

Fundraising Responsibilities
All YFC employees are expected to regularly and actively participate in faithful activities that advance the stewardship functions of YFC USA. These activities will include—but are not limited to— extending invitations to fund raising events, recruiting personal circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, sending letters, handwritten notes, personal calls, and personally ministering to donor contacts.At South Texas Youth for Christ (STYFC), every staff role—including this Ministry Director position—is a missionary role. That means raising personal financial support is not just encouraged—it’s required.
