Position Summary

Position Summary

The Office Administrative support functions in a support role to the Business Manager. S/He is detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized workspace and enjoys supporting a team across various functions. Basic knowledge of risk management is a plus but not required.

Position Requirements

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with basic risk management concepts (e.g., understanding internal controls, awareness of compliance policies)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe,
  • One Drive )
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Grow spiritually and as a leader

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Willing to demonstrate and/or possesses the following:

  • Oversee general office operations including supply inventory, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
  • Schedule and coordinate/support meetings, appointments, and events (seasonal projects)
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • IT/Office equipment management and maintenance
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support Business Manager with HR/RM and finance with administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures including National Standards
  • Provide occasional support for internal audits and documentation reviews
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection policies

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Prior experience in a office professional services, legal, or finance environment is a plus
  • Office-based role

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, standard business hours (negotiable)
  • In office-based role
  • Must be able to lift office supplies (up to 25 lbs) occasionally
