Campus Life ministry combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools. Like every ministry of Youth for Christ, Campus Life seeks to engage these young people wherever they are found and help them become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.
Youth for Christ’s Campus Life Site Director will build and lead student leader and adult leader teams equipping a relational army to engage in authentic, Christ-sharing relationships with students in the community. In order to reach this goal, Campus Life utilizes a team of volunteers, who, under the direction of the Youth For Christ/Campus Life staff, create programming welcoming to students from all walks of life.
Typical weekly ministry duties include a mix of these Relationship Ministry Actions (RMA’s):

BUILDING TIMES - spending time with students to build new relationships and grow existing ones.
APPOINTMENTS - meeting with kids to focus on their individual needs.
SMALL GROUPS - meeting with several students to have an interactive discussion about relevant topics and connect them to truth.
CORE TEAM - a team of Christian teenagers with adult mentors who together, follow Jesus in a way that naturally invites friends to discover Jesus with them.
