To be a servant leader in the development of an effective holistic ministry in communities in Martin County; to oversee and develop staff, ministry and programs that exist for the purpose of the relational evangelism and holistic discipleship of the un-churched teen population in those communities.

Essential Functions
Oversee the leadership and growth of Youth For Christ in Martin County.
Supervise and develop the staff and volunteers.
Coordinate all ministry activities including weekly outreach, clubs, trips and events, summer and winter camps.
Develop and maintain quality for relational ministry and holistic program implementation.
Build effective collaboration in community to advance mission.
Manage the Martin County Youth For Christ budget.
Lead local Community Support Team.
Participate in community fundraising events.
Write a monthly support letter.
Attend Regional/National training events.
Complete other training assignments.
Time Commitment:
Hours can be arranged with the Executive Director according to needs of the ministry, and can either remain fixed or vary from week to week. A limited amount of hours can be scheduled during the school day, so Area Director should expect to work some late afternoons and evenings.
Spiritual Responsibilities
Because the overriding religious purpose and mission of Youth for Christ USA is to communicate and introduce the Gospel of Jesus Christ to young people and their families, and in that regard to make, educate and encourage life-long disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is very important that you as an employee in the movement of Youth for Christ be recognized as an associate minister of the Gospel.

Fundraising Responsibilities
All Youth For Christ regular full time employees will be given the opportunity to be involved in the Stewardship functions of South Central Minnesota Youth For Christ (hereafter SCMYFC, or YFC.) These opportunities could include fund raising events, circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, and other opportunities as provided.
