Do you take pride in fixing what’s broken, improving what’s working, and creating spaces where people can thrive?
What if your skills could help power a mission that changes lives every day?
As our Facilities Manager, you’ll be more than a maintenance expert—you’ll be the backbone of a safe, welcoming, and high-functioning environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, tackling projects, and seeing the immediate impact of their work.
From painting and plumbing to door repairs and daily upkeep, you’ll keep our facility running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also oversee critical building systems—HVAC, electrical, landscaping, and janitorial services—ensuring everything operates at a high standard.
Working alongside a dedicated team, you’ll help create a space where staff, volunteers, and the youth we serve can focus on what matters most—growth, connection, and transformation.
You’ll also play a key role in maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, helping ensure our building is not only functional, but safe and reliable for everyone who walks through our doors.
This is more than a facilities role. It’s an opportunity to build, protect, and sustain a place where lives are changed every day.
