Position Description
General Description:
Provide leadership for operations of Youth for Christ office and provide assistance to the Executive Director in key result areas of YFC. Because Youth for Christ is a faith based organization the individual must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an active member of a local church.

Responsible to the Executive Director in the following key areas:
Human Resources (10%)
· Maintain staff, volunteer & board member files in LJS
· Keep all YFC/USA HR requirements current in the Hub
· Board & Staff communication support
· Assist in Recruiting volunteers for events and ministry processes
Donor & Event Communications (25%)
· Implement & Maintain CRM program (Bloomerang)
o Design & Manage monthly donor communications schedule
o Oversee monthly/quarterly E-Newsletter as directed
o Distribute & Edit quarterly donor newsletter
o Design, Edit, Distribute prayer letter/email monthly
o Develop event communications as requested
Financial/Bookkeeping: (10%)
· Utilize CRM software to manage records of YFC ministry partners
· Assure that all donations are properly recorded and receipted
· Assist Bookkeeper as needed
· Provide office support for staff & projects as needed
YFC Youth Management System Reporting: (10%)
· Oversee & manage YMS reporting in a timely manner
· Keep YFC Charter reports current yearly
· Keep all HR reporting current in IMS
Website & Marketing: (10%)
· Launch, Update and Manage website
· Design or solicit marketing materials upon request
Development Events (25%)
· Assist in STS/BTS/Champions model along with local CST teams
o Quarterly STS events/ Annual BTS event
· Golf Scramble & Triathlon
o Manage Event Database
o Send mailings
o Call & renew sponsors
o Coordinate tasks with committees
o Oversee rental, decoration, setup & tear down of the banquet facility/clubhouse
o Oversee catering & serving team
o Coordinate teams (Golf)
o Get signage ready (Golf)
o Design & Manage Golfer registration process at event
· Research and implement Social Media Giving event possibilities
· Other fundraising activity support as directed
Personal Growth (10%)
· Know and Understand YFC Ministries and Staff.
· Communicate YFC ministry to sphere of influence.
· Attend weekly administrative staff meetings
· Meet regularly with Executive Director
· Grow in your role through seminars, books and other training opportunities.
· Grow in your relationship with Christ.
