The Ministry Site Director is responsible for overseeing and developing Campus Life ministry at one or more Campus Life sites, as well as developing and engaging community support of the YFC Mission.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Youth for Christ reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their Godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement.
The Ministry Site Director is responsible for leading and fulfilling the Youth for Christ (YFC) vision and mission in Glenwood Springs. This includes recruitment and leadership of volunteers in the ministry, participating in the development and maintenance of a financial support network, and ministry outreach to 11-19 year old kids in Glenwood Springs. Guided by the 5 Essentials and implementing Relational Ministry Actions, the Ministry Site Director is accountable to the Executive Director.
These duties are a representative sample; position assignments and detailed work instructions may vary. The 5 Essentials are targets of faithfulness to be practiced at each YFC ministry site so that the Spirit of God may favor the ministry with fruitfulness and sustainability.
Because the overriding religious purpose and mission of Youth for Christ USA is to communicate and introduce the Gospel of Jesus Christ to young people and their families, and in that regard to make, educate and encourage life-long disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is very important that you as an employee in the movement of Youth for Christ be recognized as an associate minister of the Gospel.

Credentials Required & Preferred Education
All YFC employees are expected to regularly and actively participate in faithful activities that advance the stewardship functions of YFC USA. These activities will include—but are not limited to— extending invitations to fund raising events, recruiting personal circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, sending letters, handwritten notes, personal calls, and personally ministering to donor contacts.
