Position Summary

Position Summary

The Executive Development Director is the leader of all Adams, Blackford, Grant, Jay, and Wells Counties, Inc. (BIGJAWs) Youth for Christ (YFC) Development. The Executive Development Director works directly with the Chief Development Officer, Ministry Staff, and Grant Writers. In doing so, the Executive Development Director is responsible for working with the Executive Director to establish and evaluate the overall development philosophy of BIGJAWs Youth for Christ. The Executive Development Director supports all BIGJAWs ministries and ministry sites.
