Direct ministry in the local high school and with high schoolers by fostering the following five essentials: Widespread Prayer, Loving Relationships, Faithful Bible Teaching, Collaborative Community Strategy, Adults Who Empower
Deliberately engage with many Christians to intercede on behalf of the ministry site-prayer must strategically permeate all values, areas, and actions of your daily ministry. Consistently pursue high schoolers and engage them in life-long relationships with Jesus using the following seven Relational Ministry Actions which are Campus Life’s Specialized skill set to move loving relationships forward:

· Clubs
· Small Groups
· Student Leadership
· Summer Youth Camps
Accurately handle Biblical truth, regularly coaching High Schoolers to apply it in their lives. Focus on competent preparation and relevant presentation
Intentionally work together with local churches, agencies, and other partners to provide sustainable youth and family ministry. Strategically develop leaders to reach young people from every people group. Campus Life staff build and lead teams of Christian adults (and students) who are committed to investing in the relational ministry process with lost teens. Doing as much of these as possible using the weekly breakfast clubs.
Camp: Residential and Wilderness Camping Ministry South Central Minnesota Youth For Christ owns and operates Prairie River Camp—www.prairierivercamp.org. Because the overriding religious purpose and mission of Youth for Christ USA is to communicate and introduce the Gospel of Jesus Christ to young people and their families, and in that regard to make, educate and encourage life-long disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is very important that you as an employee in the movement of Youth for Christ be recognized as an associate minister of the Gospel. Fundraising Responsibilities
All YFC employees are expected to regularly and actively participate in faithful activities that advance the stewardship functions of YFC/USA. These activities will include—but are not limited to— extending invitations to fund raising events, recruiting personal circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, sending letters, handwritten notes, personal calls, and personally ministering to donor contacts.
